Registration & Notification Process

Complete Registration: Fill out the registration form, including the required questionnaire, and upload your video.
Confirmation Email: Once your registration is successfully submitted, you will receive an email confirmation.
Application Status Updates: All further updates regarding your application status and next steps will be communicated via email.
Important: Please ensure you provide a valid email address and check your inbox (and spam folder) regularly for notifications.

Eligibility & Submission Guidelines

Who Can Apply: Open to students enrolled in colleges and universities across Bengaluru.
Team Composition: Applications must be submitted by teams of 3 to 5 members.
Pitch Format: Participants should present their idea through a 4–5 minute video, clearly outlining:
  • The environmental problem they aim to solve
  • Their proposed approach and solution

Video Submission Guidelines

Language: English, Hindi, or Kannada
Clear audio, minimal background noise
Stable video — use a tripod or solid support
Max file size: 500 MB
Resolution: Full HD 1080p
Shoot in vertical mode
Good lighting, distraction-free background

Content Required in Your Video

  • Identify the climate/environment problem.
  • Explain its importance and relevance today.
  • Describe how it affects you and the community.
  • Risks if the problem remains unaddressed.
  • Your innovative solution.
  • Role of technology in your idea.
  • Mitigation or adaptation approach.
  • Time needed to create a prototype.
  • Support, mentorship, or resources required.

Declaration of Originality

All submissions must be original and not copied from any source. References should be acknowledged. Any plagiarism will lead to disqualification.

*A mandatory checkbox must be included in the registration form confirming originality.

Proposal Submission Guidelines

  • Summary: 300-word overview of concept & challenge.
  • Implementation Plan: Practical application & sustainability impact.
  • Risk Assessment: Limitations, risks & challenges.
  • Impact & Vision: Long-term societal & environmental benefits.
  • Upload: Single PDF file.
  • Final Check: No edits allowed after submission.
